Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement website updates, content changes, landing pages and basic web development tasks.
  • Manage website deployment support, page publishing, online forms and website maintenance.
  • Track, sort and coordinate website enquiries received through online forms, landing pages and digital campaigns.
  • Help ensure enquiries are directed to the correct internal person or business unit and followed up appropriately.
  • Monitor enquiry sources to help identify which websites, campaigns or pages are generating leads.
  • Implement and maintain SEO campaigns, including keyword research, metadata, page titles, content optimisation and internal linking.
  • Create, schedule and coordinate social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Execute social media campaigns, including preparing posts, captions, graphics and basic performance tracking.
  • Assist with Google Ads or paid campaign setup, monitoring and maintenance where required.
  • Prepare practical marketing content, including website text, short posts, captions, campaign material and promotional updates.
  • Track website, SEO, enquiry and social media performance and prepare simple reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, designers, developers and external providers to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Keep digital marketing actions organised, current and moving forward.
  • Ensure all online content is accurate, professional and aligned with the company’s brand.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Practical experience in website administration, web updates or basic web development.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar.
  • Basic understanding of website hosting, deployment and page publishing.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, including keywords, metadata, page titles and content optimisation.
  • Experience creating and scheduling social media content.
  • Ability to track, organise and follow up website enquiries.
  • Good written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prepare simple, professional marketing content.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console or similar tools would be beneficial.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe tools or similar platforms would be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across different websites and businesses.
