Job Description
AI Search & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Develop and execute strategies to improve the company’s visibility across AI-powered search platforms, including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Identify the questions and topics that customers ask AI assistants during their buying journey and create strategies to position the company as an authoritative source.
- Optimize website content and structure to improve discoverability by both search engines and large language models (LLMs).
- Build topical authority around logistics automation, warehouse automation, robotics, warehouse management systems (WMS), supply chain digitalization, and related industries.
- Monitor AI search visibility and identify opportunities to improve brand mentions and recommendations across AI platforms.
- Research emerging AI search trends and recommend new strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Content Authority & Thought Leadership
- Develop high-quality technical content that demonstrates industry expertise and addresses customer challenges.
- Produce solution pages, case studies, implementation stories, white papers, buying guides, comparison articles, and educational resources.
- Collaborate with sales engineers, solution consultants, and product specialists to transform technical knowledge into authoritative customer-focused content.
- Maintain a content roadmap that supports customer decision-making across awareness, evaluation, and purchase stages.
Organic Growth
- Improve organic visibility across both traditional and AI-powered search.
- Conduct topic research, search intent analysis, and competitive content analysis.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, and structured data to improve content accessibility for search engines and AI systems.
- Increase qualified organic traffic and generate high-quality B2B leads.
Website & Digital Experience
- Manage and continuously improve website content and landing pages.
- Ensure technical content is accurate, current, and aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with web developers to implement technical enhancements that improve website performance and discoverability.
Performance & Analytics
- Track AI search visibility, organic traffic, lead generation, and content performance.
- Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure AI Search, SEO, and content marketing effectiveness.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize content performance using analytics and user behavior data.
