Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce Coconut ERP & CRM.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
• Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team for demo scheduling and customer follow-ups.
• Create simple promotional content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Post regular updates on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms.
• Assist in email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales or Lead Generation.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confidence in interacting with business owners and decision makers.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Good writing skills for creating simple marketing content.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized and eager to learn.

Preferred Experience

Candidates having experience in selling Software, ERP, CRM, SaaS, IT Services or B2B solutions will be preferred.
