Job Description

The main things we are looking for (in priority order) are as follows:

  • Positive attitude
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communicator – visual, written and verbal
  • Hard-working
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in an agency or in-house role
  • Knows their way around Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects and Premier would be fantastic too)
  • Experience in WordPress would be a massive bonus but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Focused and organised
  • Passionate about design, conversion, and communication
  • A fantastic creative thinker full of ideas and skills to bring those ideas to life


Who is the team you will be working with?

  • We are a trusted, fast-growing, fast-paced, direct response digital marketing agency.
  • We DON’T design logos, come up with funny slogans, or write catchy jingles.
  • That involves, but isn’t limited to, management and optimisation of:
  • Landing Pages
  • Websites
  • Facebook Ad campaigns
  • Instagram Ad campaigns
  • LinkedIn Ad campaigns
  • Google Ad campaigns
  • Search Engine Optimisation campaigns
  • We manage millions of dollars in digital marketing budget every year.
  • We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we take what we do seriously as we know what an impact it has on people’s businesses when we get it wrong or right.
