Digital Designer
Job Description
As a Digital Designer at AEK Media, you’ll work across a diverse range of projects — including website design, social media content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create effective, on-brand digital designs.
- Design assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that bring ideas to life.
- Align all visual work with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Stay ahead of design trends and contribute innovative ideas.
- Workshop, ideate, brief and scope – both internally and with clients.
- Work closely with developers to ensure faithful design implementation.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Digital Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with HTML/CSS and an understanding of web development processes.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- A great attitude to constructive criticism, and an eagerness to learn and upskill where necessary
- Possess a good ‘sixth sense’ – able to read people readily.
- Extra: motion graphic skills would be valuable, but not required.
