Job Description
We’re seeking a sharp, concept-driven Digital Designer to join our creative team at a design-first tech company redefining the way users interact with digital products. You’ll work on brand storytelling, interactive layouts, product marketing visuals, micro-animations, and web experiences that push boundaries. This is not a role for template-tweakers—you’ll need to translate abstract ideas into digital experiences that feel intentional, contemporary, and unmistakably distinct.
You’ll collaborate daily with product designers, front-end engineers, and content strategists to design assets that go beyond aesthetics and create frictionless, brand-aligned interactions. This role sits at the intersection of visual design and user experience, perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity and can balance experimentation with clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on high-impact digital assets including landing pages, microsites, interactive prototypes, and product launch visuals.
- Translate brand concepts into digital expressions across web, email, mobile, and paid channels.
- Collaborate closely with motion designers and developers to bring designs to life with interaction and animation.
- Create and maintain flexible component libraries and design systems that support speed without sacrificing craft.
- Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to creative strategy discussions, bringing visual insight to cross-functional planning.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends and evaluate how they might influence our evolving digital presence.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital or interactive design, preferably in a product-led or creative tech environment.
- Advanced skills in Figma (component nesting, variant management, auto layout), Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Principle.
- A portfolio that demonstrates deep conceptual thinking, clear typographic hierarchy, strong layout skills, and sophisticated UI choices.
- Proven experience designing responsive web experiences, not just static screens.
- Strong understanding of front-end implementation constraints (HTML, CSS, JS) and how design choices affect development.
- Familiarity with motion design and microinteraction principles—After Effects or Lottie experience is a plus.
- Comfortable receiving and giving critique; thrives in iterative, feedback-driven environments.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance multiple projects without losing creative momentum.
Bonus Points
- Experience designing for Webflow, Spline, or other no-code/low-code platforms.
- Prior work with creative dev teams on experimental or non-linear UX flows.
- Interest in generative design, creative coding, or unconventional interaction paradigms.
