About You

Key Responsibilities

Digital Design

  • Create visually appealing and innovative designs for websites, mobile applications, social media campaigns, and other digital assets.
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand design requirements and develop concepts that align with brand guidelines and target audience.
  • Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to produce high-quality designs and prototypes.

User Experience (UX) Design

  • Apply UX principles and best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Conduct user research, analyse user feedback, and integrate insights into design decisions.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and optimal user interaction.

Creative Strategy

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct thorough quality checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.
  • Stay up to date with design standards and best practices, ensuring designs are visually appealing and optimized for different devices and platforms.

General

  • Adhere to compliance policies and procedures as outlined by Lucid Insights.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to digital design and user experience.

Must-Have Capabilities (Skills, Knowledge, And Experience)

The candidate has the following:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Creative, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio highlighting exceptional digital design skills.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices for creating compelling digital experiences.
  • Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of design trends.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

The candidate has one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, Digital Design, or a related field.
  • Experience working with responsive design and familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines for inclusive design.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and their impact on digital design.
