Digital Artist

Job Description

What you will do

• Work closely with the head of design and sales team to create realistic digital artwork using Adobe Photoshop in a fast-paced environment.
• Working with external suppliers and creating print ready artwork files for client signage.
• Liaise with the Marketing Co-Ordinator to support in the creation of internal and external marketing collateral including: Meta Ads, EDM banners, social media images, sale promotions.
• Create digital and print ready artwork for all marketing material as per Director’s requirements. Including company magazine, billboards, advertising, etc.
• Photography of launch events, showroom displays and stock for the website.
• Manage digital camera including filing images onto server and bulk editing in Adobe Lightroom. Upload product images onto company system.
• Use Adobe Illustrator to create decal Designs. Use the plotter to cut vinyl decals for all departments in a timely manner for events, visual merchandising activations and showroom window.
• Maintaining and updating the company’s 2 websites (Shopify platform).
• Maintaining the profiles for The Prop House Collective and Christmas Decorations Brisbane through Google Business Manager.

About You

• Advanced experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) – minimum 5 years experience.
• Have exceptional organisational, prioritisation, time management and communication skills.
• Team player and ability to work autonomously.
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude, a strong work ethic and a sense of professionalism. 
• Initiative to problem solve. 
• Calm under pressure – organised, agile and can take direction. 
• Experience in SketchUp or 3D rendering programs (desirable)
