Job Description

The Digital Analytics Analyst will own strategic and analytical components of the program planning phase, client marketing and measurement framework creation and value based testing frameworks.

Some of the other responsibilities include:

  • Set-up and manage reporting structure for operational metrics across marketing
  • Supporting marketing functions of digital performance, CRM, brand, PR and Social Media
  • Application of statistical, analytical and data synthesis skills
  • opportunities that result into improved marketing effectiveness and growth
  • Use advanced modelling to gain understanding and provide a clear narrative of the drivers/anchors of customer behaviour
  • Lead marketing teams in their interpretation of; campaign results, brand and performance health metrics.
  • Modelling to understand role of channels and incrementality of marketing activity.
  • measure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Weekly reporting on insights and strategic recommendations
  • Partner with local Analytics CoE to tackle strategic challenges

Ideally you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the digital media analytics space
  • Very strong analytical, reporting and visualization skills
  • Advanced SQL
  • Proficient in Cloud tools, especially Google Cloud Platform components like BigQuery, PubSub, Datastore, and Cloud Functions.
  • Experience with APIs of third-party vendors (e.g., Google, Meta) for data extraction and management within SAAS platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Ads 360.
  • Experience with Hadoop (Pig, Hive, and/or Spark/Scala) and statistical analysis tools (R or Python) an advantage
  • Sound digital acumen
  • hands on experience in measurement, performance and optimisation tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Attribution methodologies)
  • Sound knowledge of digital ecosystem (CRM, Google DBM, Adobe DMP/DSP, Salesforce/Krux)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The skill to distil complicated analyses/predictive models in an easy way to colleagues and management.
  • Ability to work in an agile and flexible environment
