Job Summary DevOps Engineer

• Design, automate, and manage cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline software delivery and operational processes.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable, and secure environments supporting high transaction volumes (5M+/day).
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and release engineering workflows.
• Design, deploy, and maintain monitoring, logging, and metrics systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and system issues across multiple environments.
• Implement disaster recovery and high availability strategies using cloud-native services.
• Enforce system hardening and security configurations across services and operating systems.
• Apply and evolve infrastructure-as-code practices to automate operational tasks.
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and security.
• Contribute to internal documentation, knowledge sharing, and team development.
• Leverage expertise in Kubernetes (CKA preferred), scripting (Terraform, Python, Bash, YAML), AWS, CI/CD (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Spinnaker), and monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Foster a team-oriented, collaborative, and high-performance work culture; communicate effectively within diverse, international teams.
• Prioritize, execute, and present solutions in a high-pressure, business-focused environment.
