Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Follow up on leads and support the sales process.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, International Business)
  • B.Tech
  • BBA
  • B.Com
  • Any Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
