Developer Programmer

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions to meet business needs.
– Collaborate with other business units to define, design, and ship new features.
– Write clean, scalable code using appropriate programming languages.
– Participate in code reviews to ensure accuracy and functionality.
– Address bugs and improve application performance.
– Assist in the development and implementation of software updates and upgrades.
– Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
– Provide technical support and training to other team members.
– Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
– Continuously explore new technologies to maximise development efficiency.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
– Proficiency in one or more coding languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
– Adaptability to new situations and technologies.
– 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
