ABOUT THE ROLE As a Developer Programmer at IONYX, you will play a crucial role in crafting innovative solutions that drive our clients’ success. You will be at the heart of our operations, contributing to the design, development, and refinement of software solutions that enhance organisational efficiency and adaptability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with other business units to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, scalable code using appropriate programming languages.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Address bugs and improve application performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of software updates and upgrades.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members.
• Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
• Continuously explore new technologies to maximise development efficiency.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in one or more coding languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Adaptability to new situations and technologies.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
