Developer Programmer

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Developer Programmer to design, develop, and maintain internal software systems supporting telecommunications project operations and delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining internal software applications supporting telecommunications operations and project delivery
• Developing and optimising database systems used for project management and operational reporting
• Integrating software applications with operational and client systems to ensure efficient data flow and system reliability
• Improving and maintaining legacy systems to enhance stability and reduce maintenance costs
• Analysing system performance and implementing improvements for scalability and efficiency
• Collaborating with operational and engineering teams to design and implement technical software solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Developer Programmer or Software Developer
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, PHP, or JavaScript
• Experience in database development and system integration
• Ability to develop, maintain, and improve business software applications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with operational and engineering teams
