Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

– Develop and configure ServiceNow GRC (IRM) modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management, to meet specific client requirements.

– Design and implement custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts within the ServiceNow platform to automate GRC processes and improve user experience.

– Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems, such as security information and event management (SIEM) tools, vulnerability scanners, and identity management systems, to provide a holistic view of risk and compliance.

– Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of ServiceNow GRC solutions to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.

– Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and administrators on ServiceNow GRC best practices and development standards.

– Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to gather requirements, design solutions, and create technical documentation.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow GRC features and functionalities and proactively identify opportunities to improve existing solutions.

Required Skillset :

– Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC (IRM) solutions, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.

– Proven expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflow configuration, UI customization, and integration with external systems.

– Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

– Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including clients, stakeholders, and team members.

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, whether remotely or in a hybrid work setup.
