This role involves providing general end-user IT support to staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop / end-user support
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops and peripherals
• Assist users with basic IT issues
• Work with remote support teams if required

Requirements

• Previous desktop support or service desk experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently onsite
