Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Image and deploy Windows and Mac laptops.
  • Work on assigned incidents raised through the global Helpdesk
  • Participate in projects.
  • Provide hands on support for the global network admin team in the Sydney comms room
  • Advise customers and users on their IT needs and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with end users, with strong focus on customer service.
  • Continuous focus on customer satisfaction, security compliance and standards.
  • Procurement of PC and IT hardware
  • Work with vendors for quotes and placing orders
  • Maintain asset registers for all IT assets
  • Provide IT inductions for new users

Skills and experience

  • A natural desire to go beyond and ability to demonstrate this through passed experience work experience in any field or industry.
  • The ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks.
  • Sound technical aptitude and ability to learn unfamiliar systems.
