Designer, Digital
Job Description
We’re looking for a Designer, Digital to join our collaborative in-house Design team on a full-time, four-month contract. Working in the fast-paced FMCG and wellness retail environment, you’ll support a broad range of creative work across our Swisse portfolio. This hybrid role includes two mandatory days onsite at our Collingwood office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create print and web advertisements using established templates.
- Support creative workflows by updating design libraries, organising creative files and assisting with presentation decks.
- Collaborate with teams across other Work Areas.
- Apply existing Swisse brand guidelines and work under the supervision of senior team members.
- Experience working with printers is desirable.

To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is essential.
- Minimum 2-3 years of graphic design experience.
- Strong layout and typography skills.
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience working within established brand guidelines.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, in-house team environment.
- Basic After Effects or motion design skills.
- Experience creating simple animations for digital and social channels.
