Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create attractive, professional, and engaging posters, social media creatives, advertisements, banners, reels/thumbnails, and promotional designs
• Develop innovative visual concepts and creative content aligned with brand goals
• Design creatives for multiple digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, social media, and AI-powered design tools
• Use AI tools effectively to improve creativity, workflow efficiency, and content production
• Maintain strong brand consistency, visual identity, and design quality across all creatives
• Edit short-form videos/reels using tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and team members in a remote working environment
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently
• Brainstorm fresh and innovative campaign ideas for social media and digital promotions
• Optimize designs according to platform requirements and audience engagement trends
• Ensure all final outputs are polished, error-free, and professionally presented

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of:
• Canva (Mandatory)
• AI Tools for Designing
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Premiere Pro or CapCut
• Strong understanding of aesthetics, typography, color theory, composition, and layout design
• Knowledge of social media creative trends and modern visual storytelling
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Good communication, teamwork, time management, and adaptability skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas consistently
