This is a fast-paced, hands-on role. It’s perfect for someone who loves working across
campaign, content, and retail formats, and takes pride in creating bold, consistent, on-brand
design.
As part of a growing creative team, you’ll play a key role in turning briefs into engaging,
effective visual assets that show up everywhere from social feeds to store windows.


Day to day, you’ll:
• Design campaign, content, and retail assets across digital, social, in-store, and print
• Translate briefs into clean, compelling, on-brand visuals
• Roll out creative across multiple formats and sizes
• Support design system maintenance and toolkit development
• Prepare final artwork for digital and print production
• Collaborate with copywriters, producers, and other designers to align visuals and
messaging
• Take on feedback and revisions with speed and accuracy

Your toolkit:
• Experience as a designer in an in-house or agency environment
• Strong layout, type, and visual storytelling skills
• A folio that shows multi-format creative, from social content to OOH or in-store
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Motion design and/or animation skills will be a strong advantage
• Confidence working with brand guidelines and templated systems
• Organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple briefs at once
• Bonus: experience with Figma or automation tools
