Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for various media including digital platforms, print materials, marketing collateral and branding applications
• Develop concepts, layouts and visual compositions that align with project briefs and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with team members, stakeholders and clients to understand design requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions
• Produce high-quality design assets including logos, graphics, illustrations, infographics and other visual elements
• Ensure consistency in design execution across all deliverables and maintain brand integrity
• Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients and team leads in a timely and professional manner
• Stay current with design trends, tools and industry best practices
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines and quality standards

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience working as a graphic designer or in a similar creative design role
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across different mediums and project types
• Excellent visual communication skills with a keen eye for typography, colour theory and composition
• Ability to understand and interpret creative briefs and transform them into effective visual solutions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional-quality work
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently on multiple projects
• Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Willingness to accept constructive feedback and adapt designs as required
• Formal qualification in graphic design, visual communication or related discipline is preferred
