Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching graphics, including digital ads, social media visuals, website graphics, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative design solutions that align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure all graphics are high-quality and visually engaging, contributing to a strong brand identity.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to execute design projects.
• Ensure consistency of design elements, typography, and color schemes across all materials.
• Create and edit multimedia content, including videos and animations, to enhance the visual appeal of marketing campaigns.
• Upload graphics and marketing content to respective Google Drive folders, maintaining a well-organized file structure.
• Update and maintain the company s websites with fresh content, including graphics, text, and multimedia elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely and accurate deployment of marketing materials across various online platforms.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience of 2+ years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.
• Should be proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with content management systems (CMS) is a bonus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
