Job Description

Responsibilities:
Design & Development: Assist in conceptualizing seasonal collections by creating sketches (hand-drawn and digital) and developing detailed tech packs.
Fabric & Trim Sourcing: Research and source premium fabrics, buttons, and trims that align with our brand’s quality standards. Maintain an organized fabric library and swatch archive.
Client Interaction: Working closely with clients and understanding their requirement and making relevabt suggestions
Sampling & Fitting: Coordinate with the sampling unit and master tailors to ensure design accuracy. Participate in fitting sessions and document necessary pattern or construction adjustments.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of measurement charts, fabric consumption, and production specifications to ensure seamless execution.
