Description

Duties:

• Implementation, support, administration, and maintenance of software applications, including enhancements to existing systems
• Provides documentation and training for supported applications as needed
• Participates in and may lead disaster recovery exercises
• Performs application development tasks for root cause resolution while adhering to established development standards
• Attends status meetings and regularly communicates progress on support activities
• Supports software installation for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related solutions, facilitates Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings across multiple departments, and contributes to release management activities
• Develops new solutions to improve team performance and customer outcomes
• Participate in SIPOC exercises and business requirements gathering with IT, operations, and business stakeholders
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed WMS system designs and configurations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical specifications for WMS implementations
• Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams
• Serve as an internal technical expert, partnering with product teams during setup and design phases to ensure standardization and best practices
• Provide configuration and design recommendations that align with enterprise standards
• Support Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) Warehouse Management System
• Support Centiro SaaS-based transportation and carrier management system, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of outbound shipping workflows
• Support multiple Windows and Linux server-based peripheral systems
• Manage and support multiple SaaS-based peripheral solutions

Requirements

• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and diagnostics
• Ability to interpret logs and perform root cause analysis
• Experience with incident management platforms such as ServiceNow
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and deployment models
• Experience with Blue Yonder solutions preferred
