Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform general hardware maintenance across data centre infrastructure
• Support server hardware operations, including installation, troubleshooting and repair
• Conduct basic networking tasks, including link diagnosis, routing and switching activities
• Ensure uptime and optimal performance across critical systems
• Follow established processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in general hardware maintenance
• Strong hands-on experience in server hardware operations
• Basic knowledge of networking, including:
  • Link diagnosis
  • Routing fundamentals
  • Switching fundamentals
• Ability to work within structured processes and fast-paced operational environments
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
