Data Specialist 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and further development of the company’s analytics infrastructure
• Maintaining and optimizing dashboards and reports for the following teams:
• Stream Affiliate
• Affiliates CPA / Accounting
• Affiliate QQ
• Content teams
• Working with large datasets: data collection, processing, and validation
• Ensuring the accuracy of formulas, data relationships, and logic in existing reports
• Developing new reports based on team and business requirements
• Consulting teams on data interpretation and insights
• Automating and simplifying analytical processes where possible

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Specialist / Data Analyst
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (advanced formulas, large datasets)
• Solid understanding of dashboard and reporting principles
• Experience with affiliate marketing (CPA, revenue, traffic, conversions) is a strong plus
• Experience in gambling / betting / iGaming is desirable
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work with complex and unstructured data systems
• High level of independence and responsibility for results

Nice to Have:

• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Understanding of financial and affiliate reporting
• Experience in optimizing and refactoring existing dashboards
