Data Scientist – NLP/Neural Networks

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, AI, and LLM technologies for a Contract-to-Hire (minimum 1-year contract) opportunity.

Location : Pune/Hyderabad

Experience : 7+ Years

Employment Type : C2H (Minimum 1 Year)

Must Have Skills :

– 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science with deep understanding of ML & AI algorithms

– (Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, KNN, Neural Networks, Random Forests, NLP/NLU, etc.)

– 5+ years of experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, SparkML

– 4+ years of coding experience in Python / R / Scala / Go

– Strong experience with Git (source control systems)

Good to Have :

– Experience in Prompt Engineering & RAG system setup

– Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI use cases

– Microservices architecture with Docker / Kubernetes

– Deployment & service management on Kubernetes

– AWS services exposure (SageMaker, Comprehend, Lex, Rekognition, Transcribe, EKS, Lambda, S3, etc.)

– CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab

– Experience troubleshooting production systems
