Data Migration Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy source systems and define data migration strategies.
• Design and execute migration of customer, product, billing, order, service, and inventory data into Oracle Digital BSS applications.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation activities.
• Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL scripts and ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, reconciliation, and successful migration across environments.
• Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Development, Testing, and Operations teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Support migration rehearsals, cutover planning, and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare migration documentation, reconciliation reports, and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Migration or ETL projects.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
• Experience with ETL tools or custom migration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database.
• Experience in telecom BSS/OSS environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle Digital BSS applications:
