Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Administrative support to our Operations department and Client Account/Contract Managers
- Accurate data entry of daily works and labour/production tracking spreadsheets
- Monthly Client Reporting and KPI tracking
- Raising Purchase Orders and Processing invoices within SAP
- Maintaining Green by Nature Integrated Management Systems and digital office filing systems
- Contributing to the collaborative team environment with shared responsibility for managing incoming customer enquiries and effective running of the office
- Ad hoc Admin Duties
About You
- Min 1–2 years’ experience in administration
- Strong computer skills with demonstrated ability to operate and maintain computerised office systems including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- SAP Business One experience is an advantage but not essential (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- Effective time management and organisational skills including ability to prioritise potentially conflicting activities to achieve the required business outcomes.
