Job Description

 Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • High volume data entry of daily timesheets, dockets and supplier invoices.
  • Raising Customer invoices. Reconciling monthly accounts. Printing, scanning, photocopying.

 Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel,) essential. 
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Organization: Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks.  Strong time management skills and able to meet deadlines
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.  Strong analytical skills, able to pick up small details
