The role covers the current big data ecosystem and continues to evolve to incorporate modern data engineering practices, including cloud platforms, real-time data processing, and AI-enabled data architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training in data engineering concepts, tools, and best practices
• Coach and mentor consultants to develop production-ready technical and professional skills
• Design and update training materials in line with industry trends and client demand
• Support hands-on learning through labs, projects, and scenario-based exercises
• Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in cloud and AI-driven data solutions
• Assess trainee performance and provide actionable feedback

Essential Skills

Candidates should possess experience and/or knowledge of the following:

Data Engineering Fundamentals

• Advanced Python
• Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
• Strong SQL
• Bash / Shell scripting
