Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan & Execute: Draft and monitor site schedules, ensuring compliance with project timelines.
- Budget Control: Validate objectives, manage costs, and identify opportunities for savings.
- Project Setup: Coordinate design reviews, kick-off meetings, and mobilise site teams.
- Site Leadership: Oversee operations in line with contractual terms, quality plans, and HSE requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Implement site quality plans and ensure accurate “As Built” documentation.
- Reporting: Deliver monthly progress reports and maintain detailed project records.
- Safety First: Enforce health and safety standards, conduct inspections, and manage incident response.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience in electrical site management for large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, quality management systems, and risk assessment practices.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work across multiple sites and coordinate teams effectively.
