About the Role

Agents Only Technologies is seeking detail-oriented Malay Data Annotators  to support multilingual content and data operations projects. This role focuses on reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating Malay and English content while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.

You will work with structured guidelines and established workflows to perform content evaluation and annotation tasks that require strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is organized, quality-focused, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Content Evaluation and Annotation

• Review, analyze, and evaluate Malay and English content according to project guidelines
• Identify, classify, and categorize information based on established criteria
• Apply annotation standards consistently across assigned tasks
• Document findings and provide supporting rationale when required
• Identify supporting evidence within content and record findings appropriately
• Escalate unclear, ambiguous, or complex cases when appropriate
• Handle project-related information with confidentiality and professionalism

Quality and Process Compliance

• Follow detailed instructions and established workflows
• Perform quality checks and validation prior to task submission
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards
• Meet established productivity and quality expectations
• Identify recurring issues and flag them appropriately
• Contribute to maintaining reliable and high-quality project outputs

Qualifications

Required

• Native or professional-level proficiency in Malay
• Strong English reading comprehension and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
