Customer Service Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Convert Intent into Commitment
– Call customers who opt for COD and warmly confirm orders
– Reduce cancellations by building confidence and excitement
– Handle objections like a pro and increase successful deliveries
2. Be the Voice of Nytarra
– Represent the brand with clarity, warmth, and personality
– Help customers understand products, fragrances, and usage
– Create a premium, memorable interaction in under 2 minutes
3. Own the Delivery Journey
– Act as the single point of contact (POC) till order delivery
– Proactively follow up on delayed or stuck shipments
– Ensure customers feel informed, supported, and valued
4. Save & Recover Orders
– Identify at-risk orders (fake COD, hesitation, delays)
– Re-engage customers and bring lost orders back to life
5. Capture Insights from the Frontline
– Share customer feedback, objections, and patterns
– Help improve scripts, products, and overall experience
