Job Description

Responsibilities:

Taking of both Inbound and Outbound calling.
• Night Shift Voice Process,
• Collaborating with team-members.
• Customer service executive,
• voice customer support.
• Follow approved workflows in responding to customer inquiries.

Skills Required:
• Ability to speak English accurately and clearly.
• Required Candidate profile Few years of Call Center experience is ideal for this role.
• Freshers or Experienced candidates who can speak multiple regional languages are preferred – Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam
• Experience in any industry is okay.
• Candidates must be able to talk friendly.
