Customer Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate a customer-first mindset while understanding client requirements and delivering effective solutions
2. Lead and support ERP/CRM implementation projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and execution
3. Communicate clearly with stakeholders and simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users
4. Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely completion with high-quality standards
5. Analyze business processes (inventory, manufacturing, finance, sales) and align system implementations accordingly
6. Assist in integrating APIs and third-party platforms to enhance system functionality
7. Support automation initiatives, including workflows and AI-driven processes
8. Maintain attention to detail while managing data, configurations, and system setups
9. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and business requirements
10. Contribute to improving implementation processes and reducing project timelines
