Customer Acquisition Executive 

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries via calls (inbound/outbound)
2. Provide accurate information about products/services
3. Generate leads / handle retention/collections (as per process)
4. Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards
5. Meet daily call targets and performance metrics

Other requirements

1. HSC/graduate (freshers & experienced both can apply)

2. Minimum 0–6 months of experience preferred (not mandatory for freshers)

3. Good communication skills (versant level 3 to 5 depending on process)

4. Regional language proficiency (Marathi/Gujarati) is an added advantage

5. Good verbal communication

6. Customer handling skills

7. Basic computer knowledge

8. Positive attitude & willingness to learn
