Role Overview

We’re seeking a Creative Director with a distinct point of view—someone who’s led campaigns that didn’t just break through the noise but redefined the tone. This is not a role for someone who’s simply “great at storytelling.” You must be obsessive about craft, allergic to clichés, and comfortable challenging both your team and leadership to demand better. You’ll lead a team of designers, writers, and video creatives—but you’ll also roll up your sleeves when it matters. You will not be a reviewer. You will be a builder.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Campaign Development from Core Idea to Execution: Drive the development of brand and product campaigns from first provocation to final asset delivery. You’re the one asking the uncomfortable, necessary questions in brainstorms—and you know when to throw away the first five ideas to get to the one that matters.
  • Maintain a Visual and Verbal Standard that is Unmistakably Us: You will shape a brand expression that can’t be mistaken for anyone else’s. No templates. No borrowed trends.
  • Bridge Creative with Strategy, Product, and Growth: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand the nuance of what we’re selling—and the real mindset of who we’re selling to. Your work will be beautiful, but it will also move needles.
  • Mentor Without Micromanaging: Guide and grow a team of creatives across multiple disciplines. You must know how to direct and elevate without dominating—and how to spot when someone’s too comfortable.
  • Guard the Brand, but Never Let It Stagnate: Uphold consistency in voice and style while allowing space for evolution. You know when a risk is a misstep and when it’s the start of a new language.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have 7–10 years of creative leadership experience, including leading concept-to-launch campaigns for a brand with a strong identity.
  • Have a portfolio that shows not just polished work, but sharp thinking and brave decisions.
  • Are fluent in both visual and verbal craft, even if your formal background is in one.
  • Are energized by building structure around chaos—and equally comfortable scrapping process when it gets in the way of the work.
  • Know how to win hearts internally without compromising creative integrity.
  • Prefer clarity over jargon, and substance over flash.
