You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading end-to-end creative concept development for immersive events, experiences, and activations
  • Translating abstract ideas into tangible creative outputs across spatial design, storytelling, copy, and visual direction
  • Collaborating closely with designers, producers, and marketing teams to ensure ideas are executable and aligned with production realities
  • Contributing hands-on across creative disciplines, including concepting, visual direction, copywriting, and providing CAD / 3D inputs where required
  • Presenting creative ideas confidently to clients and evolving concepts based on feedback
  • Balancing ambitious creativity with feasibility, timelines, budgets, and on-ground execution constraints
  • Guiding and mentoring junior creatives and designers, fostering creative growth, accountability, and quality of output
  • Staying ahead of cultural, design, and experiential trends, including immersive technology, AR, and AI-assisted creative workflows
  • Working with demanding clients while remaining flexible and open to evolving creative directions
  • Participating in internal, passion-led initiatives where ideas can be explored and turned into real-world experiences

Ideal Profile

  • You have 10+ years of experience in creative roles within brand experience, experiential marketing, events, or creative agencies.
  • You have proven ability to translate ideas into 3D designs (hands-on or very close working knowledge), with a strong ability to visualise concepts in spatial and experiential contexts
  • A portfolio showcasing innovative experiential live events, campaigns, and activations would be preferred.
  • You have a strong background in creative concepting with exposure to spatial, experiential, or environmental design
  • You are detail-oriented and execution-focused, with the ability to carry ideas through from concept to delivery
  • You have a solid understanding of production and budgets, knowing where to invest for maximum impact and where to simplify without losing intent
  • You are comfortable balancing creative thinking with execution realities while collaborating closely with design, production, and marketing teams in fast-paced environments
  • You have a strong interest in the intersection of creativity and technology, including immersive experiences, AR, and AI tools for creative workflows
  • You are culturally curious, adaptable, and resilient, with a genuine passion for art, architecture, music, fashion, and design trends
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, enjoy mentoring teams, and work comfortably with senior stakeholders
