Job Description

Responsibilities

1. ork with designers and developers to create engaging interactive experiences
2. Build polished, performant front end work
3. Create real time visuals using Three.js, WebGL and GLSL
4. Help shape technical approaches from the early stages of a project
5. Prototype ideas, test interactions and explore new technologies
6. Bring a high level of care, detail and quality to the work
7. Contribute ideas throughout the creative process
8. Balance experimentation with delivery across multiple projects

What we are looking for:

1. At least 2 years of experience
2. Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
3. Strong experience with Three.js, WebGL and GLSL shaders
4. Ability to write, debug and understand code without relying on AI
5. Confidence creating animation and interaction without relying on frameworks or libraries
6. Experience building modern interactive web experiences
7. Strong problem solving skills
8. Good taste, attention to detail and care for quality
9. Comfortable working with designers, developers and other creative people
10. Able to manage your own workload and deliver against deadlines
11. Fluent in English
12. Kind, thoughtful and easy to work with

Nice to have

1. Experience with WebGPU
2. Interest in motion, interaction design, generative visuals or real time graphics
3. Experience with React, R3F, GSAP, CMS platforms or build tools
4. Curiosity around AI, creative tooling and emerging technologies
5. Experience with AR, VR or physical installations
