Job Description

What You’ll DoThis is a hands-on role for a designer who knows how to bring a brand to life across multiple channels. You’ll be developing campaigns and content across digital, social, in-venue and print, working closely with internal creatives, marketers and venue teams to make sure every asset connects and performs.

  • Design and produce digital assets for campaigns, social media, websites and email
  • Design and animate content for digital screens, social, paid media and print
  • Create simple motion design and animated assets to bring ideas to life across digital platforms
  • Support content rollouts for events, activations and seasonal campaigns
  • Build and refine toolkits, templates and brand systems
  • Contribute to the creative development of campaigns and content calendars
  • Ensure consistency and craft across all creative outputs

How You’ll Excel Here

  • 3–5 years of experience in design or a related creative role
  • A team player who values honest feedback, works collaboratively, and will contribute to a supportive creative culture
  • Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects essential)
  • Figma
  • Solid grasp of layout, motion and video content
  • A curiosity for emerging creative tools and tech, and how they can improve both craft and output
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your relevant design work and thinking
