Creative Designer
Job Description
We’re looking for a Creative Designer with a sharp visual instinct, a flair for storytelling, and a mindset wired for digital-first design. You won’t just be moving pixels — you’ll lead concept development, design execution, and visual innovation across multiple touchpoints: social, web, brand identity, packaging, and motion graphics.
You’ll join a small but mighty team of creatives who think beyond templates and build visual systems that challenge the expected. If you’ve ever thought “Why does everything look the same lately?” and then sat down and made something better, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Concept, design, and execute creative assets across digital, print, and experiential platforms
- Collaborate with brand, product, and marketing teams to translate ideas into bold visual expressions
- Design social campaigns that don’t feel like ads, and landing pages that don’t look like clones
- Create scalable visual systems — not just one-offs — that evolve over time
- Translate brand strategy into expressive typography, layout, and imagery
- Lead art direction for photoshoots and video productions when needed
- Prototype interactive experiences using tools like Figma, Framer, or After Effects
- Maintain a healthy disrespect for “how it’s usually done”
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in a creative role, preferably at a design-forward brand or agency
- A portfolio that demonstrates originality, range, and craft — we’re not looking for filler
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere, or similar)
- Understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and accessibility standards
- Typography skills that go beyond just choosing a Google Font
- Experience developing brand identities and visual guidelines
- A point of view — we want someone who can challenge ideas, not just execute them
