Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best possible terms and pricing.
2. Understand clients’ requirements and financial capabilities to recommend suitable property solutions.
3. Conduct negotiations and advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and related matters.
4. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
5. Showcase and market properties to prospective buyers.
6. Prepare and manage necessary sales and transaction documentation.
7. Maintain and update property listings and customer inquiries.
8. Collaborate with team members, clients, developers, and network consultants as required.
9. Promote property sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing platforms.
10. Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
