The Role

You will own the internal platforms, workflows, and data systems that run the firm’s investment, client, and corporate functions. You work directly alongside finance, legal, compliance, and client strategy teams to translate their complex real-world processes into production software. No PMs handing you specs. No ticket queue to disappear into. You own the problem end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own reporting systems, CRM and client platforms, workflow automation, and shared data infrastructure across all three businesses
• Sit directly with finance, legal, compliance, and operations stakeholders — understand their workflows deeply and translate them into durable, production-grade software
• Apply LLMs and agentic workflows to operational problems and ship them to production — not sandbox experiments, not prototypes
• Own architecture, implementation, deployment, and operational support without handoffs
• Partner with a small, autonomous team where your fingerprints are on the platform, not buried in a backlog

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, fullstack or backend-leaning
• Track record of owning internal business systems end-to-end — back-office tooling, workflow automation, operational platforms, client reporting, or similar
• Experience working directly with non-technical business stakeholders and translating their needs into production software
• Financial services or fintech background strongly preferred — lending, payments, capital markets, asset management, or insurance
• Production AI or LLM exposure — agents, workflow automation, agentic systems; not required but a strong differentiator
• Startup operating mode — you self-organize, move fast, and do not need a roadmap handed to you
