Your new role

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking experienced Contract Administrators to join their Sydney-based team.

You will play a key role in supporting the commercial and procurement functions across major construction projects, working closely with project teams to ensure smooth financial and contractual delivery.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Support procurement strategies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  • Manage head contract and subcontract variations
  • Oversee subcontractor and supplier claims in line with contractual requirements.
  • Assist with contract finalisation, including defect management and variation tracking
  • Contribute to monthly reporting and financial tracking of project performance
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to maintain strong commercial outcomes
  • Proven experience in contract administration within major building or construction projects
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
  • 3–6 years’ experience working in a site-based commercial role
  • Strong attention to detail with solid financial and contractual understanding
  • Experience using construction software such as CHEOPS, Aconex or similar (training can be provided)
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
