Job Description

We’re seeking a meticulous and innovative Computer Systems Engineer who thrives on designing, integrating, and optimizing complex computer systems within dynamic environments. This role goes beyond routine engineering — you will be the architect of scalable system frameworks that directly influence our operational efficiency and technological edge. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve intricate performance bottlenecks, automate processes, and ensure system reliability in production environments handling critical workloads.

If you have a passion for deep-dive diagnostics, building resilient infrastructure from the ground up, and a knack for bridging hardware and software solutions seamlessly, this position is crafted for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deploy integrated computer systems tailored to specific business and operational needs, ensuring high availability and security.
  • Perform rigorous systems analysis and tuning to enhance performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline system monitoring, updates, and recovery processes.
  • Lead root cause investigations for system failures, implementing robust preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with software developers, network engineers, and product managers to align system design with evolving project requirements.
  • Conduct capacity planning and technology evaluations to future-proof infrastructure.
  • Document system architectures, configuration protocols, and troubleshooting procedures clearly and precisely.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) designing and implementing complex computer systems within enterprise or industrial settings.
  • In-depth understanding of hardware components, embedded systems, and system integration techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in system-level programming languages such as C, C++, or Rust.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, container orchestration, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and low-level firmware development is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform advanced debugging and profiling across hardware-software boundaries.
  • Solid grasp of networking principles, security frameworks, and compliance standards impacting system design.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for technical documentation and cross-team collaboration.
