We are seeking a skilled Computer System Technician to support and maintain our IT infrastructure and ensure optimal system performance across the organisation. Benefits

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and hardware 
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues 
• Provide technical support to staff, including software and hardware assistance 
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and system security 
• Maintain backups, data integrity, and disaster recovery procedures 
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and new technology implementation 
• Document system configurations and IT procedures    Qualification & experience
• Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Systems, or related field 
• At least 2 years’ relevant work experience 
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting 
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
