Computer Repair Tech

Job Description

Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of technical experience in computer repair roles.

You’ll be attending onsite jobs at homes and small businesses, handling a wide range of computer / tech related issues. This job is for both PC / MAC and hardware / Software.

• Desktop & laptop repairs (Windows)
• Apple Mac support (desirable, not essential)
• Hardware repairs (SSD upgrades, RAM, power issues, etc.)
• Software troubleshooting (viruses, slow computers, setup issues)
• Internet, Wi-Fi and basic network troubleshooting
• New device setups and data transfers

You will require experience – this is not an entry level job. You would had to have done similar help desk roles before to be considered.

1. Experience with computer repairs (onsite or workshop)
2. Strong problem-solving skills
3. Good communication and customer service skills
4. Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
5. Ability to work independently
