Job Description
Summary :
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role includes creating detailed architectural plans, overseeing the deployment of security controls, and ensuring a smooth transition to cloud security-managed services.
Roles & Responsibilities :
– Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud environments.
– Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
– Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
– Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure security requirements are met.
– Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of security architecture and governance.
– Continuously evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend improvements to existing frameworks.
Technical Skills :
– Proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools (Minimum 8 years).
– Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
– Experience in designing and implementing security controls within cloud infrastructures.
– Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
