Job Description

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM & Security Consultant with strong expertise in role-based security design and HCM module configuration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and managing Oracle Cloud HCM security frameworks across Core HR and related modules.
Key Responsibilities :

– Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM security architecture (Roles, Data Roles, Security Profiles).

– Configure and manage role-based access controls (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD).

– Support Core HR, Payroll, ORC, and other HCM modules with secure configurations.

– Manage user provisioning, role mapping, and access governance.

– Perform security audits, troubleshooting, and compliance validation.

– Support UAT cycles and resolve security-related defects.

– Collaborate with functional and technical teams during implementations and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :

– 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong focus on Security.

– Hands-on expertise in Security Console, Roles, Data Security Policies, Security Profiles.

– Good understanding of Core HR and related HCM modules.

– Experience in user lifecycle management and access governance.

– Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Skills :

– Experience in multi-country HCM implementations.

– Knowledge of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) (added advantage).

– Oracle Cloud HCM certification preferred.
